The Birdie Challenge

Additional Information

The Birdie Challenge is a great year long game to play with your buddies if you consistently play a course many times throughout the year.

The premise is simple, the first person to birdie all 18 holes at the course in the given year takes home the prize (at the beginning of the year establish a prize, keep in mind this is a season long challenge, so I recommend making it worthwhile). If nobody in the group birdies all 18 then you can go with whomever birdied the most. For tie breakers go with who birdied the most first or use the hole handicaps.

If you are thinking to yourself, I have a tough enough time making pars let alone birdies, work with the handicap system, and use net birdies.

In instances where you do not feel the need to use handicaps, but there is still a skill disparity within your group. Require your most skilled players to eagle some of the par 5s.

See our Birdie Challenge below.
